As for the offenses, I think where Cincinnati came out ahead is the fact that they recognized early what the Steelers D was going to be able to do, and they adapted sooner than Pittsburgh did. They gave up trying to make the big play and just concentrated on marching it down the field one down at a time. Just my two cents... Nope. Was this game a serious wake-up call regarding the Steelers' deficiencies on Special Teams? Hell, yes! Both teams sputtered on offense, but growled on defense. Where was this game won? On the strength of their kick return -- they acted as a team on that return, while the Black & Gold just looked confused. Hey, at least the Steelers/Bengals rivalry is interesting again!
