In an early Christmas present for Redskins fans everywhere, it looks like Vinny Cerrato has resigned from the team.  Fox 5 in DC is reporting that the Skins VP of Football Operations has stepped down today.  More details as they are released but this has to be a relief for fans of the struggling franchise.
