NFL will have more Thursday night games next season

Weeks 2-15 according to Goodell. Looks like we'll need a new night next fall for recording the show.

Well, I currently bowl on Wednesday nights, but I'm going to be reevaluating my league nights this summer.

I know this is minor but technically you will have one less Sunday Ticket game for most of the season but I am sure they won't lower the price.

I'm switching from Time Warner Cable to AT&T U-Verse this Thursday, so I'll finally have the NFL Network. Woo-hoo!

Because of this, I won't feel so bad about not getting Sunday Ticket next season because Kellen will have football games on Sunday afternoons. However, I have to say that the short weeks this will cause along with the attempts every year to add a couple of weeks to the season kinda flies in the face of Goodell's crusade against player safety.

I still have Time Warner and there aren't any other non-satellite options. I am guessing this affects me not at all since I only get Bengals (most weeks) and whatever games are being shown nationally anyway. Would love to have Sunday Ticket, but I would never get to enjoy it.
