I would do a light weight day given the upcoming golf marathon. Stretch and keep the back lose. What's your avg score?

Oh I am not good and typically shoot in the 90s. This course is a bit demanding and is in the Catskill mountains so there is a lot of up and down. Definitely a course you don't walk and they use the gas powered carts for it.

Did 5 miles on the elliptical today and like suggested I think will do some light upper work with normal leg work tomorrow.

Took the month of August off and am ready to drag myself back to the gym this morning. Probably will do about 30 minutes on the elliptical to start getting me back on my routine.

Decided to hit the racquetball around on my own today and had a blast. Great, tiring workout too.

Been a while since I played but may start doing that when I am at the gym.

That's great. I haven't taken my lazy ass back to play since surgery so it's time. I always start with that-great way to loosen up and if you get into a game you won't need to work out.
