I read that the Clean Sweep DLC is free for some time, anyone confirm that or does anyone have the game?

In typical me fashion, I acquired it again last week, mainly because I am pretty certain it's why Brains started hating me and everyone else. If anyone can confirm the DLC on XBL/PSN that would be fan-goddamn-tastic.
