see I cannot even get mine to hover, it always goes forward which fucks up my adjustments

Maybe it's because it's new, and I've only crashed it six or seven times, but mine is pretty kick ass at hovering. The site does mention that as one of it's strengths.

Now mine doesn't have that little thing on the top that looks like a pugil stick. I'm assuming that thing is supposed to be some kind of gyroscope to help stabilize it?

I am getting the hang of this fucker now

last night, the cat realized this as well when I was able to pretty consistently get the chopper to fly around the 1-2 foot altitude and straight for it

oddly, the cat is drawn to the thing so anytime I turn it on the dumb ass comes into the room to watch which of course provokes me into attack mode

This is what I got and honestly the charge is starting to piss me off. After a minute or two it wont even get off the ground.

Sounds like a bad battery. Send it back, I saw that they have a warranty on the site.

I'm getting roughly 10 min flight time out of a 25 min charge or so and have been charging it through a computer usb.

Have a close look at the blades every few crashes to make sure they're not bent badly!
