Back on the wagon! I am eating fruits and veggies for 2 of my 3 meals a day (juicing one meal) and sticking with basic protein for the other. Doing this for a week to cleanse. Also started P90 again, I really had to get back into shape.
I also drank a metric fuckload of water yesterday.
I really sling-shotted after my HCG diet and put back on over half the weight I lost. I just over-indulged after 40 days of dieting. It's time for me to start doing green smoothies two meals a day and then have a sensible 3rd meal.
I'd hit the HCG again, but not until I get a track record of eating cleanly.
