Canucks. Don't fuck this up for me. I've been wearing your jerseys for 20 years. You owe me.

Only surprise here for me is SJ up 3-0

Caps have a rookie in goal.

Caps may have a rookie, but he's been a pretty dependable rookie all season. Well, most of the season.

Ive been a Sharks fan since 93, Sabres since 96

DO the math, but whatever.

I like the Sharks chances this year without Nabby.

Yes, that was the "most" part. Playoffs are the obvious exception. I guess I just figured Caps would get it done on offense this time knowing their situation in net. But then I guess the same could be said of Philly. Tons of talent on offense. Just pick a guy for goalie and run with him, though. That revolving door isn't helping anyone.

My fault then went off the basis that you use the Sabres are your avatar on Live and your user name. Didn't know you were a Sharks fan first.

San Jose is going to be tough for whoever ends up playing them. They just have that hungry attitude. Canucks go up early and then play to protect the lead the rest of the game and it's going to bite them in the ass, I fear.

SJ in years past and a few games this year just pepper the net with shots and then gave up a softie on the other end. Nabby did that in the CHI series last year.

They would outshoot their opponents by 10-15 shots on a regular basis, getting 40+ shots in each game but still lose.

The scary thing could be that Marleau and Heatley havent even heated up yet.

I agree about SJ. All the power was on the front lines. I've always like Marleau.

Frankly I think they expected too much of this team so soon.

They instituted a new "system" on a team composed of scorers asking offensive minded players to be more responsible in their own end. Its gonna take time.
