We just started watching this show and are over halfway though season 1 after this weekend. It's OK. I like the idea more than the actual execution of the show because some parts of it are just ridiculous. I guess it's just all the survival talk we do around this place but these people seem damned pathetic.

Good concept though. We'll finish it just to see what happens.

I liked this show and was bummed it got canceled. Picks up a bit in the later part of season 1 and season 2. I'll always watch it when sy-fy has a marathon

My biggest problem is that 99% of the town of 5000 people is just sitting around waiting for the mayor's family to solve shit. ANd those guys are literally going from place to place solving problems themselves. Really, 5000 people and NO ONE's gone out exploring to see wtf is happening? And I'm not talking about the four guys that went in four directions, that's bullshit. A fucking nuke goes off and people are just content to sit around and have picnics.

At least they finally managed to get the mayor voted out although I'm pretty sure the new guy is going to make some major fuckup and they're going to have to bring the cowboy half of Simon & Simon back in to clean up the mess
