I have thought about P90x, but will stick to doing the free weight workouts for now. What hurts me is eating....well not really eating in a general sense, but my lack of portion control. Since the New Year, I only eat one helping at dinner, instead of the typical 2-3 big ones, eat 4 other small snacks throughout the day to curb my appetite, and drink lots of water. I'm a couple of weeks in and can already see a difference. The gym work out are variations of bench, squats, dead lifts, military presses, clean & jerk (yeah, I said jerk

) with other back, shoulder, tri, & bi stuff mixed in. Oh yeah, I do mix some ab exercises in there too, and the cardio.
