I am one of the never been caught guys, I have been pulled over under the influence but have passed the test. Also in my state I will never blow, it's almost an admission of guilt. I would refuse to blow and have my license suspended for a year rather than pay the thousands of dollars and insurance premiums if indeed I was charged with a DUI.

It's funny how hypocritical my small town is. Many of my closest friends are cops and they are the biggest drunk drivers I know. They almost have that I'm invincible attitude. I always try and keep one with me if I am indeed driving because you never know.
