Scoring question

Why is every TD worth 6 points (rushing, receiving, kick/punt returns) and Passing TDs are only 4? Was there a reason?

I may be wrong but I think that is pretty standard for PPR leagues.

Consider also, a QB is more likely to have 2 or more TDs in a game, moreso than a WR or RB, which is why it's rewarded more heavily. That's my take at least.

I see what you're saying. I just hate when I see a QB have more points because they had a few more yards but had less TD's and INTs to boot


I was just curious if there was a reason or not. Your take satisfies my curiosity
