Changed my workout a bit to include full body 3 times a week in preparation for the upcoming tourney. I do two circuits following cardio.
MWF
cardio 20-30 mins (intensity varies)
both circuits: 1 warm up set and 3 reg sets...1 -2 min rest between sets
circuit #1
bench
dumbell fly
leg press
pull ups
circuit #2
military press
dead lifts
medial and posterior shoulder raises
problem solved, problem staying solved...Rangers lead the way!
