I will just start over, even though I had one going at STL

I am currently in phase 1 of P90x, and technically I should be done with it but seeing that I am going on vacation in 2 weeks I am extending phase 1 by 2 weeks so that my off week coincides

dropped about 6 lbs. but I am definitely gaining some muscle so I am not paying that much attention to the scale

I know I said I wasn't watching the scale much, but I dropped below 220 as of this morning...boom

arms and shoulders last night, kinda' kicked my ass

I don't think I had enough calories yesterday so I lost some steam at the end, and my right shoulder is a little tweaky so I had to lay off a bit

I am already sore and tight from it, and won't be shaving for a couple days as a result

I am about to be in my "off week" during vacation, but plan on doing Cardio X every other day along with Ab Ripper X to not be fully out of it.

My knee is fucked up 3 ways from Sunday today which is a real treat

I reeeeeaaaalllly fell off the diet wagon in Florida, put on like 8 lbs :lol:

Granted, I did a shit ton of walking, still...I am happy to be back home and eating normally again. Phase 2 of P90x begins tonight.
