They have a full court but I'm hesitant to run full until I can build my endurance up a little. I was winded from the half court game.

I know it seems like overkill, but I find that keeping a log helps keep my behavior on track. The downside is that when I go up a pound for no apparent reason, I get really bummed out. I've been stuck between 202 and 204 for the last 2 weeks and it's pissing me off.

measuring your waist, hips, etc. is what I recommend doing every few days to really get a feel for your progress

That's why I'm going the Power 90 route and not X. Gotta crawl before I can walk. Of course, rabb may be crawling around by the sounds of it.

Starting with Power 90 is a smart way to go, if you aren't already in pretty good cardio shape the second day of P90x(also know as plyometric hell) will probably make you quit(if you don't die first).
When I started power 90 at the beginning of last summer I was the heaviest I have ever been at 213, three months later I was around 173 which is about right for my build at 6'0". Its definitely a good program. Two weeks into p90x I can tell you that it is an amazing program, that will push you past what you thought were your limits and I'm already doing things I didn't think I would be able to. My first week I was so damn sore it hurt to breathe, but already in my second week my body has adapted and my soreness is pretty minimal. I really liked power 90, I love p90x.
