Some thoughts.

Randall... Shane is going to kill him. I don't see Rick doing it.

I'm now of the belief that everyone becomes a zombie when they die.... and it has nothing to do with scratches.

I also think(don't we all) Shane's time is coming to an end. To go along with my "everyone becomes a zombie" comment, I think that means Shane dies twice. Once as a living human, and once as zombie Shane

the guy who tried and failed to commit group suicide with the girl survived, so the girl's father tortured and killed him, let him come back as a zombie and then continued torturing him

If Dale had to go I was really hoping that the show would recreate the storyline where he wandered off alone after getting bitten only to be captured and have his legs eaten by cannibalsfrom the book. That was some pretty awesome and twisted shit right there.
