Dammit for some reason I thought it was opening this weekend and I got all excited. Now I must contain my enthusiasm for one more week. I keep thinking this movie is going to be similar to a weird movie I love called 'Casshern: Robot Hunter', when I watch it I have no idea what the hell is going on but I love it so much I want to destroy something in righteous fury while I'm watching it.

I'm curious to see how this movie is, considering Zach Snyder is also directing the new Superman movie coming out next year.

At this point I don't see any possible way this movie can be a fail for me. If they just took the 3 minute trailer and looped it for 2 hours I'd probably still rate it one of my top 20 ever. I don't give a shit about the plot, in fact I am hoping there isn't one just so it doesn't spoil the cool action.

The reviews have been unkind. It's too bad because I was excited about the movie based on the trailer. Here are a couple of my favorite quotes about the movie:

Zack Snyder’s SUCKER PUNCH is a movie so terrible that it retroactively makes his entire body of work worse. It is a soulless automaton of a movie, lumbering loudly from scene to scene, knowing where it has been told to go, but never giving a shit about where it’s ending up.
