I think I'm going to run some ribs tomorrow for the maiden voyage so I'm re-reading this thread and man I am a threadjacking asshole aren't i?

OK here's a question. I have read in a few places now that if you rub the ribs with mustard, and then apply the dry rub, it sticks better but the ribs don't taste mustard-y. Anyone tried that?

Mustard is very common and no you don't taste it.
