As a fan though, when will you get tired of not winning shit? I am not saying that to be a dick, but doing the same things over and over and expecting something else is silly. He is a good coach, but good coaches have to move on sometimes. Jeff Fisher being a great example.

Sorry but I don't see much he's done right in the past five years to say he deserves another. I think you handle him with the respect he deserves but he can't stay past this season.

Just looked it up-they are 58-48 in last 5 years. Add to that he put an OLC in charge of the defense and learned nothing on how to handle guys like TO and Jackson. Vick could be a total disaster. He and Norv should just switch places.

norv may have one more year. I'm not really sure what the bolts are planning for by letting their better players go. any rumors as to who wants the Jags?
