Been a while, I know. It is that painfully slow time of year but folks this is the calm before the storm.

In 16 days, Broncos training camp kicks off....YAY!!!!!

It was reported that Broncos star receiver Brandon Marshall has been asked to report to camp on July 27th, 3 days before veterans are expected to arrive. Why the 27th? The 27th is when rookies and players coming off of an injury are expected to show up. Brandon had off-season hip surgery and while he seems to be doing well, is considered to be coming off of an injury.

Why is this a big deal? If you ask me, it isn't. Unfortunately the media is spinning this as the coach "sticking it to" Brandon which is just a load of crap. He was injured, these are the rules...stop making something out of nothing *I am looking at you Mike Florio*. I think he will show up and play because he loves the game and really has no leverage for anything else. Not showing uponly hurts him in the long run.
